Cancellation Policy
For special orders that are built-to-order and/or have a lead time such as mirrors, they can only be cancelled within 3 days of purchase (including weekends). If more than 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a cancellation as production on your special order has already started. In some cases, cancellation may still be possible after the 3 days. If you have any questions about your order, just fill out the form below and someone from our team will reach back out to you as quickly as we can.
All cancellations after 3 days are subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee. Restocking fees are based on the total amount paid, excluding shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order shipped and you would like to cancel your order then the item will need to be shipped back after delivery at the customer’s expense.

- Contact KTJO 4x4 by completing the Contact Us Form.
- Cancellation of order must be placed within 24 hours of making your purchase, otherwise a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Cancellation of a special order must be placed within 3 days of making your purchase, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Please make sure you only request the cancellation through this form. Please do not submit multiple cancellation requests for the same order. Do not contact us via Facebook, Instagram, and Email or your response may be delayed.
