    KTJO 4x4 offers a Limited Warranty to cover any defect in material or workmanship under intended product operating environment during the Warranty Period. We thank you for your support and interest in the products and services KTJO 4x4 offers. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods purchased from KTJO 4x4.

    What is the time period under the Limited Warranty?

    Our Warranty is a “1 year Limited Warranty” from the date of purchase that covers any defects in material or workmanship under intended product operating environment during the Warranty Period.

    What does the Limited Warranty cover?

    KTJO 4x4 will send a replacement for the product if it meets the warranty criteria. If the product has been discontinued, KTJO 4x4 will repair or will offer a substitute that is a similar item. If there is a NEW revision at the time we receive the Warranty Claim, a new version may be sent in place of the original style.

    What is the time period of the Replacement Physical Good or Part?

    A replacement Physical Good or part will resume the remaining “1 year Limited Warranty” from the original Physical Goods’ date of purchase.

    What does this limited warranty not cover?
    • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship in result of KTJO 4x4
    • Misuse of product for purposes other than their intended function
    • Damage caused from improper installation
    • Damage from accidents or other external forces

    What do you have to do?

    To make a warranty claim, please fill out the contact us form online. Once you have submitted your form with KTJO 4x4, we will inform you of the next step in the process. You will need to include the original proof of purchase.
