    Asking for a refund

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You must meet all the requirements on the return policy form.

    Returning a product

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you were expecting something else, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Yes. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or uninstalled, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    To start a return, please fill out the Contact Us Form and someone from our Support Team will reach back out to you as quickly as we can. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Yes! We do ship overseas depending on demand. If you are not able to calculate your shipping on our website during checkout, please contact us at info@ktjo4x4.com and we will assist you through the process.

    Asking about the status of your order

    Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number sent to your email.

    Tracking numbers are numbers assigned to your order when they get shipped from our warehouse. They are useful for knowing the location of time sensitive deliveries

    Your package should arrive within 4-6 business days. However, delays with the courier company do occasionally happen. Please have a look at the "Your order was shipped" email to check your tracking link.

    If we have a product listed on our website for sale, it is physically available and ready to ship. We no longer are offering Pre-Order products.

    Sizes and different variants of a product

    All sizes that are availble for each product are listed on our website for you to be able to select from as an option. If it is not on their as an option, then we either do not offer it or it is not in stock.

    All products have a description. However, if you are still not exactly sure which one you are needing there is a Contact Us Form you can fill out to inquire about any product you may have questions about.

    The difference is listed in the description of each product. Please take your time prior to purchasing a product to read each description so that you are fully aware of what it is you are purchasing.

    Yes. Typically we are at the Warehouse from 9:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri. However, there are occassions that something may come up and those times may fluctuate. Therefore, we list our hours of operation as follows:
